During extremely busy times we will advise a despatch timescale on the front page of our website. Please check this before ordering.

Please read through the below before ordering with us to avoid any disappointment.

If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together in one parcel. (example: order contains greeting card and personalised item – order shipped within 7 working days)

Please check your address is correct at the time of ordering to ensure parcels are delivered to the correct place.

GREETING CARDS

Despatched within 2 working Days via 1st Class Royal Mail delivery
Delivery in the UK - 1 - 3 working days
Delivery outside the UK - 7 - 14 working days

STANDARD ORDERS

Despatched within 5 workings days via 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery
Delivery in the UK 2 - 4 working days

PERSONALISED ORDERS

** For items too large to fit through your letter box they may be taken to your local sorting depot if you are not home at the time of delivery. Please check with your local post office if your item is late arriving.

All UK parcels are sent 2nd Class via Royal mail (2-4 days delivery) or a trustee Courier (3-5 days delivery) depending on the size of your parcel.

If your order is marked as dispatched after 5pm on a working day or at any time over the weekend this will be collected and posted the next working day.
