PERSONALISED ORDER RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, providing the order has not been started by us. If the order has been started/completed we are unable to accept any cancellations.

 

Please ensure all spellings are correct before placing your order as we cannot accpet any amendments once the order has been placed. We cannot accept returns for any personalisation that is incorrect.

 

Please ensure all descriptions/sizes and personalisation requests are read and correct before ordering as we do not accept returns for personalised orders, unless defective.

 

 

STANDARD ORDER RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

(not personalised)

You can cancel/amend your order within 48 hours of placing the order, providing the order has not been packaged and/or shipped.

 Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return postage is at the cost of the buyer.

Original Postage costs will not be refunded.

Any damages caused in transit when returning the item will be at the cost of the buyer.

We cannot refund any item until the item has been received and examined by us.

Handmadebyswans is not responsible should the return go missing in the post.

We advise using a trackable and insured service.

Once the item has been received and we accept the return condition we will refund your order to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.

Multiple returns/exchanges may incur an administration charge.

 

  DAMAGED ORDERS

We are super sorry if you do receive an item that has been damaged in the post. Please get in touch via the contact us page and we will help you with this.

Please report any damages/defects with your item within 3 days of receipt of your order.

We kindly request all orders are opened and checked over within 3 working days of receipt of the package.
